PROVINCE PROVIDES $1.7 MILLION TO CELEBRATE HERITAGE
VICTORIA – In honour of BC150, the Province is providing $1.7 million to celebrate and recognize the significant role that heritage plays in the provincial economy, Tourism, Culture and the Arts Minister Bill Bennett announced.

VICTORIA – The Province is investing $17 million in energy efficiency retrofits for low-income housing that will help put more money in the pockets of low-income British Columbians and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, announced Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources Minister Richard Neufeld.

VICTORIA – The latest Major Projects Inventory shows that construction projects across B.C. have increased for the 21st consecutive quarter, with 863 major capital projects, worth an estimated $174.7 billion planned or underway, Technology, Trade and Economic Development Minister Ida Chong announced.
